Cooperation

JOGJAKARTA (KU) - UGM Rector, Prof. Ir. Sudjarwadi, M. Eng., Ph.D., received a visit from Changwon National University (CNU), Korea, on Thursday (2/9). In a brief meeting at the Rector’s Room, Vice Rector of CNU, Dr Jeong, offered scholarships to UGM master graduates. The scholarships are intended especially for students of engineering graduates.

YOGYAKARTA - So far, UGM has been cooperating with various universities in Asia such as China, Korea and Japan. Meanwhile, cooperation with Taiwan has not run as actively as with these three countries. This was emphasized by UGM Rector, Prof. Ir Sudjarwadi, M. Eng, Ph.D, receiving the visit made by Mr. P.Tsang-Yao Polo Chen, Ph.D., Director of Elite Study in Taiwan Program Office, authorized by the Taiwan Ministry of Education.

 
UGM together with the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration cooperate in the fields of education, training, research, development, and facilitation of manpower and transmigration sectors. The cooperation is implemented in the form of memorandum of understanding signed by the Rector of UGM, Prof. Ir. Sudjarwadi, M. Eng, Ph.D, and the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration, Muhaimin Iskandar, at UGM Multimedia Room, Thursday (19/8).
