Implementation of IPR Enforcement Still Experiencing Many Obstacles


 
Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) up to this day still encounter obstacles in the civil and criminal aspects. This is stated by Secretary General of  IPR Consultants Association (AKHKI), Firoz Gaffar, at the Conference and Declaration of the Association of Indonesia IPR Teachers on 'Education of Intellectual Property and Law Enforcement in Indonesia' at Faculty of Law of Universitas Gadjah Mada on Monday (12/12).

13 Percent of Indonesian People are Still Vulnerable in terms of Food

Indonesia's current food security is in better condition. However, in some aspects, there are still issues that need to be addressed. "Although nationally we have achieved food self-sufficiency, but there are still food insecurity issues in some areas. Approximately 13% of total population of Indonesia respectively experience food insecurity," Head of Food Security Agency, Prof. Dr. Ir. Achmad Suryana, M.S explained, Thursday (8/12) at UGM University Center (UC).

Maintaining Mental Health at School through Comprehensive Approach

Every child has the right to play and have recreation. He/ she also deserves to get a basic education in order to develop their potential and get a decent standard of living. Meanwhile, to maintain mental health, he/ she is entitled to having compassion, love and understanding.
